We ordered kitchen cabinets for our renovation project. HD confirmed delivery July 21st. We spoke to HD several times and each time they said it will be delivered or is out for delivery.

The refacing of the cabinets were put on incorrectly. The backsplash which was supposed to be flush was sticking out and uneven. The backsplash was never even completed. He covered it up with our refrigerator where it was not done. The countertops were not what we ordered and were measured incorrectly.

I have been waiting over a half hour. Wonder how much business they are losing as a result of not having adequate staff available. Fantastic selection of products on display, and open later than most on Sundays. If you want to build a breakfast bar and need some extra storage, Diamond NOW cabinets could do the job. However, we think there are many other brands that are better for an entire kitchen, which would last longer and look better. Many in-stock styles use full-overlay cabinet doors which completely hide the frame.
