We ordered kitchen cabinets for our renovation project. HD confirmed delivery July 21st. We spoke to HD several times and each time they said it will be delivered or is out for delivery.
The refacing of the cabinets were put on incorrectly. The backsplash which was supposed to be flush was sticking out and uneven. The backsplash was never even completed. He covered it up with our refrigerator where it was not done. The countertops were not what we ordered and were measured incorrectly.

The guy comes out and come to find they are the wrong door style, it doesn't match the others they installed. No idea if they will ever get this fixed. Still not done and no end in sight. I still can't believe how incompetent this company is. Can you explain why the Home centre is making a fool out of their customers?

However, stock cabinets are only available in a framed style, not frameless. You'll have to go to the semi-custom or custom-made space for frameless construction. Project Source are mid-tier cabinets that are unfinished and ready to be painted or stained. Cambridge and Design House brands are mid-range and above, while Diamond NOW is low to mid-range construction.

Their customer service is soooo disappointing which make my temper high everytime i contact them because they are like parrots. They cannot solve the issues only they tell the same things repeatedly which will very different from whats the issue. I fed up with team of homecenter also. I bought a dinner set online by click n collect and when i got in my hand it was another product. The same things goes with what i experienced from centerpoint here also.
Plus they cut Styrofoam to pack it. We took out of the box outside because all the white pieces were everywhere. I am working with the dispute guy named Austin. He doesn't respond and closes out my BBB complaint. She tells me they have had the cabinet doors for 3 months and can now install them.
I have been waiting over a half hour. Wonder how much business they are losing as a result of not having adequate staff available. Fantastic selection of products on display, and open later than most on Sundays. If you want to build a breakfast bar and need some extra storage, Diamond NOW cabinets could do the job. However, we think there are many other brands that are better for an entire kitchen, which would last longer and look better. Many in-stock styles use full-overlay cabinet doors which completely hide the frame.
