After two days a guy came and asked for the parcel and as soon as he saw the parcel he told me that I came by bike and can’t pick any glass items so he told another person will come and collect. Later one week passed and till now no one came to collect and I didn’t receive the refund also. Past two days I called them more than five times and they are saying the same story that they wil send a person for pickup. Please don’t order any glass item from this website. I’m really frustrated calling them again and again..

Immediately I called to customer care service for the refund. In the first call they spoke politely and told that my money will be refunded. I waited for a week and called them back and asked about the return request and at that time they said they wil send a person for pickup and later they will review the product and then will refund my money. I shouted at them and they finally promised me for the refund within a week.
